Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days, exclusive of weekends and public holidays. Once your order is dispatched, we ship to all regions of Australia and New Zealand, including metropolitan and regional areas. Standard delivery to Australia generally takes between 7 and 15 business days, while deliveries to New Zealand usually take between 10 and 20 business days. These timeframes may vary depending on product availability, warehouse location, carrier delays, peak seasons, or remote destinations.
Most of our products include free shipping, although some items may carry a small shipping fee based on size or weight. Any applicable fee will always be shown at checkout before completing your purchase. After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to follow your parcel’s progress. Tracking may take up to 2 to 5 business days to update after dispatch. In some cases, items from the same order may be shipped separately from different warehouses to ensure faster delivery; if this occurs, you may receive more than one tracking number and multiple packages.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of ordering. If you need to make a change, contact us within 12 hours at support@infinittishop.com Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to modify the address. If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, any additional shipping costs for resending will be the customer’s responsibility.
If your package is delayed, missing, or marked as delivered but not received, you may contact us and we will investigate the matter directly with the carrier. In the event of damage during transit, please reach out within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label so we can organise a replacement or refund at no additional cost. At this time, we ship exclusively to Australia and New Zealand.
