Refund policy
At Infinitti Shop, we aim to ensure that every customer is satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your item, provided it is unused, in its original condition, and with all packaging intact. To start a return, please contact us at support@infinittishop.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. Once your request is approved, we will provide instructions for sending the item back. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product arrived damaged, faulty, or incorrect.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery, including clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label. In cases where we confirm that the item was faulty or damaged during transit, we will issue a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you. Items returned without prior approval, items that show signs of use, or products that are not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund.
Once we receive your returned item and confirm that it meets our return requirements, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment. Please allow up to 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider. We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases on sale items, personalised items, or digital products.
If your parcel is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received, we will investigate the situation with the carrier. Refunds for lost parcels may only be issued once the investigation is completed and the carrier confirms the loss. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
